Older, vulnerable and people with disability in South Australia will achieve better opportunities through self-advocacy, services and support to live their lives as they choose.
To provide inclusive, timely and enabling self-advocacy, services and programs to older, vulnerable people and people with disability, their family, friends and carers to:
- Build confidence and capability to manage their daily lives and as far as possible to live independent, socially connected, fulfilled lives.
- Access their community, achieve better service provision and employment opportunities through supporting and advocating for the person to fully participate in decision making and to work together with other professionals and services to enable and support this participation.
- Meet individual needs of social connection, health, housing, employment and daily living.
- Support relief of illness, infirmity, poverty and social disadvantage
